You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact details change, please update your account profile promptly. 555g cannot be held responsible for failed communications caused by outdated contact information provided by the player.
555g is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals. The standard verification process requires a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Verification is a one-time process for most players. Once your account is verified, future withdrawals proceed without additional documentation unless circumstances require a re-check.
In some cases 555g may request proof of address or proof of payment method for additional verification. Players who cannot complete verification will not be able to withdraw funds from their account.
Each player is permitted to hold one active 555g account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts except the original may be closed and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts voided.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 555g login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else or that your login details have been compromised, contact the 555g support team immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
555g will never ask you for your full password in an email, chat message, or phone call. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as suspicious and reported to support.
You may request the closure of your 555g account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification if not already completed. Accounts under investigation for breach of Terms cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 555g may apply a monthly administration fee to inactive account balances as permitted under applicable policies. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied where contact details on file allow communication.
All deposits on 555g are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount and any method-specific limits are displayed on the Cashier page within your account. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card and other mobile wallets as made available on the platform from time to time.
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your 555g balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.
Players can set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. These limits can be used to control daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amounts. Reduction of a limit takes effect immediately. An increase to a limit is subject to a cooling-off period before it comes into force, giving you time to reconsider.
Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. 555g does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If it is identified that a deposit has been made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered 555g account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
555g does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or payments made through anonymous or unverified third-party services. Any deposit made using an unauthorised method may be reversed without notice.
Withdrawal requests on 555g are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum withdrawal amount and any method-specific processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours of the request being submitted. Raast transfers go directly to your linked bank account and are generally completed on the same business day. Standard bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Card withdrawals follow your card issuer's processing schedule.
Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Players who complete CNIC verification at the time of registration avoid delays at the withdrawal stage. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals move directly to the processing queue without additional document requests under normal circumstances.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements attached to each bonus are stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Real money deposits that are not tied to a bonus are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.

Sports betting on 555g covers cricket including PSL, international T20s, Test matches and ODIs, as well as football and esports. Bet placement, settlement, and void policies are governed by the rules set out in this section and by sport-specific rules published on the betting pages of the platform.
A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference on the platform. Do not assume a bet has been placed if you have not received this confirmation. 555g cannot accept responsibility for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues, session timeouts, or other technical factors beyond our control.
All bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority — for cricket this means results recognised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant domestic board for the competition in question. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or affected by weather, individual market rules will determine how bets are settled. Abandoned matches in cricket are generally voided unless a result has been achieved under the applicable competition rules.
555g takes reasonable care to ensure that odds and markets are set correctly. In the event of a clear pricing error — where odds are published at a level that is obviously incorrect due to a technical or human error — 555g reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to players. This right will only be exercised where the error is demonstrably obvious and not simply because an outcome was unfavourable.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply on 555g. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting pages. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum will be accepted but any winnings paid will be capped at the stated maximum.
Betting on events in which you have insider knowledge, a direct personal interest, or any ability to influence the outcome is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings identified as arising from such activity will be voided.
Casino games and slots on 555g — including live dealer tables, table games, and slot titles — are provided by third-party game studios and content providers. The rules of individual games are governed by the game provider's rules as displayed within each game interface. 555g hosts these games and processes the financial transactions associated with them.
Live casino games on 555g — including live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, and live Teen Patti — are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by real physical processes — card draws, roulette spins — conducted by live dealers on camera. 555g does not control or influence individual game outcomes in live casino.
Slot games and other random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG software supplied by the game provider. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual slot titles are set by the game provider and are disclosed within the game information panel. 555g does not alter the RTP settings of any slot or RNG game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slots game — including disconnection, server error, or a game freeze — 555g will attempt to restore the game to the state it was in immediately before the malfunction. Where this is not possible, the round in progress at the time of the malfunction will be voided and the bet returned to the player's balance. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in the affected round.
555g offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of specific bonuses are set out in the individual promotion description at the time the bonus is offered. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
Bonus funds awarded by 555g are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Attempting to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a way designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — is strictly prohibited. 555g reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
One Bonus at a Time: 555g players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that multiple bonuses can run concurrently. Depositing while a bonus is active does not automatically trigger a new bonus — the active bonus must be completed or forfeited first.
555g takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is built for adults who choose to use it as a form of entertainment, and we want to make sure that gaming remains enjoyable rather than becoming a problem. The tools and policies described in this section are available to all players at all times.
